Rules

ELIGIBILITY

1. The Futura Rewards Contest is organized and held by Primmum Insurance Company (the “Sponsor”). Subject to other conditions of eligibility set out in these contest rules, this contest is only open to Futura Rewards members who are residents of Canada, who have reached the age of majority where they reside and who, between August 1, 2007 and October 31, 2007 inclusively, and according to the present rules:

a) provide the Sponsor with the expiry dates of their home and/or automobile* insurance policies; or

b) request/agree to receive quotes on home and/or automobile* insurance from the Sponsor; or

c) hold home and/or automobile* insurance policies with the Sponsor, valid and in effect on October 31, 2007. However, all eligible persons who hold a home and/or automobile insurance policy with the Sponsor during the contest period and who cancel or choose not to renew their home and/or auto insurance policy will nevertheless keep their entry in the contest.

Providing the expiry dates of motorcycle insurance policies, requesting/agreeing to receive quotes on motorcycle insurance and/or holding motorcycle insurance policies are excluded from participation in the contest.

*Due to provincial legislation, our automobile insurance program is not offered in British Columbia, Manitoba or Saskatchewan. Therefore, contest is void in these three (3) provinces in regards with inscriptions to the contest through automobile insurance.

2. No purchase is required. All eligible persons who provide the expiry dates of their home and/or automobile insurance policies, or who request/agree to receive a free, no-obligation quote on home and/or automobile insurance, according to the present rules, will be automatically entered into the contest.

3. There is a limit of one entry per person per insurance category (one entry for automobile insurance and one entry for home insurance). Therefore, there is a maximum of two entries per person during the contest period.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

4. Expiry dates

4.1 Electronic form
Eligible participants may send the expiry dates of their home and/or automobile insurance policies by using the electronic form available on the Primmum Insurance Company Web site at www.MyTDIService.com/FuturaRewards . To get to the electronic form, participants must click on the promotional banner referring to the Futura Rewards Contest. Once they have reached the selected page, they may click on the button “Free E-Newsletter Subscription” and complete the electronic form. To do so, they must indicate their first name, last name, street address, city, province, telephone number and e-mail address along with their home and/or automobile insurance policy expiry date(s). Once the form has been duly completed, participants simply need to click on the “Submit” button and the form will be sent automatically to the Sponsor and entered in the contest, if eligible.

Only reply forms with all required fields duly completed and received by October 31, 2007 at 11:59 p.m. (EST) will be accepted for entry into the contest. (An asterisk on the form identifies the required fields.)

4.2 Telephone
Eligible participants may also transmit their home and/or automobile insurance policy expiry dates via the telephone to a Primmum Insurance Company insurance professional during the contest period by calling
1 888 335 4343. In addition, they must provide their first name, last name, street address, city, province and telephone number.

5. Quotes

5.1 Telephone
Eligible participants may also enter the contest by calling toll-free 1 888 335 4343 in order to request a home and/or automobile insurance quote or by agreeing to receive a quote from a Client Services insurance professional regarding home and/or automobile during the contest period. No purchase is required to enter the contest. Participants will have to provide their first name, last name, street address, city, province, postal code and telephone number, as well as all the information requested to complete the home or automobile quote.

5.2 E-quote
Eligible participants may also enter the contest by requesting an electronic home and/or automobile insurance quote from the Sponsor by filling out the quote form available on the Primmum Insurance Company Web site at www.MyTDIService.com/FuturaRewards  To get to the form, participants must click on the promotional banner referring to the Futura Rewards Contest. Once they have reached the selected page, they just have to click on either one of the “Home insurance quote” or “Auto insurance quote” buttons and complete the quote form. To do so, they must follow the different steps of the quote application, filling out all mandatory fields such as, first name, last name, postal code, telephone number and e-mail address, and then click on the “Submit” button.

Only quote forms with all required fields duly completed with adequate information on the participant and received by October 31, 2007 at 11:59 p.m. (EST) will be accepted and entered in the contest, if eligible.

6. Policyholders

 Holders of the Sponsor home and/or automobile insurance policies that are valid and in effect on October 31, 2007 at 11:59 p.m. (EST) will be automatically entered into the contest, subject to what is provided in Section 1.c) and to the limit of entries per person as provided in Section 3 of the present rules.


7. Draws
   
Grand Prize Draws
One (1) draw for fifty (50) Grand Prizes will be held during the contest period. The draw will take place at 2:00 p.m. (EST) on Novembre 21, 2007 at 50 Place Crémazie, 12th Floor, Montréal, Québec H2P 1B6. On that date, ten (10) winners will be selected by a random draw from all eligible entries received from participants between August 1, 2007 and October 31, 2007 at 11:59 p.m. (EST), according to the contest rules. The odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received.


8. Prize

The Grand Prize
Each Grand Prize consists of one hundred dollars ($100) in Futura Rewards.

9. The prize must be accepted as described herein and may not be exchanged or substituted by another prize.


GENERAL RULES

10. The electronic reply form received will be subject to verification by the Sponsor. All incomplete, inaccurate, illegible, late or facsimile reply form will be automatically cancelled. The Sponsor’s decision to this effect is final and cannot be appealed.

11. The electronic quote forms will also be subject to verification by the Sponsor. All incomplete, inaccurate, illegible, late or facsimile quote forms, as well as any fraudulent participation, will be automatically cancelled. The Sponsor’s decision to this effect is final and cannot be appealed.

12.  The Sponsor or its representatives will attempt to contact the person selected at random. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within fourteen (14) days of the draw date, then the Sponsor or its representatives will draw another name on random basis and will attempt to contact the next selected potential winner in the same manner and so on until a potential winner is contacted and officially declared winner.

13.  Each participant selected at random at the time of the draw, using the entry information and the company records, will be contacted by telephone and informed that he/she is a prospective winner. Before being declared a winner, the contestant must respond correctly, without assistance and within a limited time period, to a mathematical skill-testing question. The Sponsor will telephone the finalist with the question, at a previously determined time. In the event of a correct response, the winning contestant will then be informed on how he/she can collect his/her prize, subject to signing the release form mentioned at Section 14.

14.  The contest winner shall be required to release the Sponsor and its authorized representatives from all liability in respect to any damages that he/she may suffer as a result of accepting and using its prize. Before taking possession of the prize, the contest winner must agree to sign a release form, exonerating the Sponsor, its affiliate companies and agents from any such liability.

15.  The contest is open exclusively to Futura Rewards members who are residents of Canada, who have reached the age of majority where they reside and who are eligible participants according to these rules, with the exception of members of personnel, agents and representatives of Primmum Insurance Company or its affiliates (defined as all of the companies affiliated with TD Bank Financial Group), Primmum Insurance Company and Futura Rewards advertising or promotion agencies, and the suppliers of the prizes, equipment and services related to this contest, and any persons living under the same roof.

16.  By participating in this contest, the winner authorizes the Sponsor and its representatives to use his/her name, place of residence, photographs, image, voice and/or statements regarding his/her prize for advertising purposes (such as Internet and print ads) without any compensation.

17.  For the purpose of these rules, the participant is the person whose name appears on the electronic reply form, on the electronic quote form or who calls to give an expiry date or to request a quote. In regards with existing holders of an insurance policy, the participant is the named insured that appears on the insurance policy. In the event that more than one person is registered on the winning entry, all such persons would be jointly declared winners of the prize. They would then have to decide which one of them would respond to the skill-testing question and which one would get the prize. In case of a disagreement between them, the Sponsor reserves the right to decide who will be asked the skill-testing question and to whom the prize will be remitted.

18.  The Sponsor, its affiliated companies, their advertising and promotional agencies, their respective employees, agents and representatives are not liable for faulty computer components, software or links, the loss or non-existence of communications capability, or faulty, incomplete, incomprehensible, or erased computer or network transmissions that render an individual ineligible for this contest. The Sponsor, its affiliated companies, their advertising and promotional agencies, their respective employees, agents and representatives waive all liability from any damage or loss that could arise, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from downloading any software and by transmitting any data relating to the participation in this contest. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this contest, as solely determined by the Sponsor, will be disqualified. If disqualified for any of the above abuses, the Sponsor reserves the right to terminate a participant’s eligibility to participate.

19.  In Québec, any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.

20.  The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, terminate or suspend this contest, in whole or in part, if an event or any human intervention corrupts or affects the administration, security, impartiality or the normal running of the Contest as provided for in these rules, subject to the approval of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec (“Régie”), if required. In all cases, the Sponsor, its affiliated companies, their advertising and promotional agencies, their suppliers of material or services related to this Contest as well as their respective employees, agents and representatives cannot be held to award more prizes or to award the prize otherwise than in compliance with these rules.

21.  By entering this contest or trying to do so, all persons release the Sponsor, its affiliated companies, their advertising and promotional agencies, their respective employees, agents and representatives from any damage which could arise directly or indirectly from their participation or attempt to participate in the contest.

22.  By sending the expiry dates of their home and/or automobile insurance policies to the Sponsor by means of one of the methods described in Section 4.1 or 4.2 above, participants agree to be contacted by a representative of the Sponsor between 30 and 45 days prior to the expiry date of their insurance policy to provide them with a free no-obligation quote.
